We have taken the reference of mentioned design report which is generated from WENBENCH TI. Moreover, we have set the parameters of transformer and other components suggested in design report. However, we still not getting the desire output. Hi, Webench is just a starting point - you need to debug your converter to find where the issue is not able to reach 1000V. You need to capture the waveforms to see how the transformer works like to decide if your transformer and your converter work like your design and then tune up accordingly. You need to measure the waveform of each portion of your converter to find where need to tune up, such as Vds, transformer secondary-side waveform, CS pin, OUT pin, etc. to help your debugging.

UC3845 does not have soft start. Here is the filtered parametric list of general purpose PWMs (GPPWM) that include integrated soft start. For GPPWMs that do not include soft start feature, it can be added externally according to RC time constant applied to the COMP as shown below. Regards, Steve

Hi, if you use Kool Mu Max (P/N: 79894A7HT19) to do the calculation, you will get ~240uH. AL of the Kool Mu Max core is 120nH/T^2. With 44turns, you get 232uH. Regards, Sheng-Yang Yu

Hi Siddharth , I manage to fix the error from some technical assistance from senior embedded engineer. It was more related to the Sysconfig file format. I replace the format with right choosen borard/device "docking station". It's working well now. Thank you for assistance. Good day

Hello We have a few more questions: Reflow Atmosphere Does the customer reflow the parts under inert atmosphere (N2 blanket) or normal atmosphere (CDA or normal air)? Reflow Temperature What is the unit# on the PCB for our device? R32, U11 or D5? If it were U11, the peak temperature was > 250C. For the form factor of this device, the recommended peak reflow temperature is 245 +5/-0C. Thanks
