Nabeel,

Yes, usually this is the case. In the past this error used to be very common as this string was displayed in other scenarios as well (invalid or NULL memory, etc.). Nowadays most of these errors are handled more appropriately and are now replaced by a series of dashes (--------) or question marks (????????).
