Hi,
I am trying to verify the LM5010 (with a series resistor and zener diode with intended clamp voltage) for ESD regulation, so I had wanted to simulate it. Can anyone please tell any equivalent circuit for the input stage of this regulator so as to simulate with the equivalent instead. I had assumed Vout x Iout = η x VIN x IIN for calculating the input resistance while assuming input (and efficiency) at the regulator varies from 15V to 70V and voltage at the output is 5V, current at the output is about 0.6A. Based on this I had calculated the input stage resistance for this regulator.
Just for the information, I had raised the query with TI, Europe support and they have replied as follows:
"Unfortunately we don’t have the unencrypted model for LM5010. You can ask for this specific model in the E2E forum, our engineers may be able to help you."
