Hi Joseph, As David stated, the IBIS models are more appropriate models for evaluating signal integrity and we have IBIS models available for most of our products2 For digital isolators, I recommend you to consider ISO7742 which offers much better performance over ISO7242C. When the load current changes, according to power conservation, the inductor current will also change, but because VOUT is 12V and VIN is 48V, the magnitude of the inductor current change is much smaller, so when I adjust the load current in small increments, the inductor current change is barely noticeable, can it be understood in this way? Vsw1 and Vsw2 in the ADC sampling circuit are actually the voltages across a series of parallel capacitors as shown in the diagram below, correct?The current is then calculated.Is constant_0_01733 the coefficient calculated by this way?So how is the iout_offset calculated, I measured the ADC reading of 33 when 48V is not powered up and the iout_offset is 65, how do I calculate that? But is the amount of current in the circuit really what the GUI shows, being able to reach 20A or even more, I'm confused about that. Do you have Bode 100, AP300 or other network analyzer? If haven't, you can't test the bode plot. But we also can test the load transient, the following image for your reference. Another way is to add more output capacitor and check the SW waveform.

Thanks for your further research! Regarding your question asking about the way I created projects and how I installed the Tools. I installed the Tools from the download page for all 3 setups (Buildserver and my desktop setups) and not from the Resource Explorer. The projects were created with Code Composer Studio IDE and GUI. Following your experiment, I installed CCS 12.7.1 on my Buildserver and tried to import an build my projects. First of all, this was the first time a project builds successful with the headless build approach on my side! The behaviour is similar to your setup: Both types of projects (Windows and Linux based) can be imported. I don't have metadata issues. In both cases I don't see the note, that the Compiler defaults to TICLANG_3.2.0.LTS, which appeared at the import from of the example project from the SDK. I looked for differences in the project files (.project, .cproject, .ccsproject). The .ccsproject file is identical and the .project is more or less identical, there is only one relativ to an absolute path replacement. The main differencies in the .cproject is a different Compiler Version Property in the Windows project, whcih says Version 3.0 is used: But the Compiler version is set to 3.2.0, which corresponds to the Error Message during Build (is looking for 3.2.0): For me in personal it would be fine to build my projects on linux, but my Colleagues use windows. My hope with the headless build approach is to get rid of the Host OS Dependency and build the projects on a project basis. I believe there is only a short missconfiguration in my windows project. Should I try to set up CCS12.7.1 on my Windows machine, migrate the project to the new Version and try to build it with the buildserver? Will this help or do you have another approach? Thanks! Daniel

@Ning Tan thank you for your return. UCC2895 is also ok. For this device, in "6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions" of the datasheet, it's mentioned that the minimum switching frequency is 50kHz and the maximum is 1000kHz. 20kHz is ok for many parameters considerations in our design. For 100V input, we have 3kV output. ratio of 30. For the UCC28950 you recommend, is it a problem to use it at 20kHz ? Thanks !

You're right ! in the datasheet of UCCX895 it's not mentioned explicitly. However, at section 7.3.3 (CT Oscillator Timing Capacitor), it's noted that CT can range from 100 to 880pF. At section 7.3.10 : RT range from 40kOhm to 120kOhm. From my comprehension, does it mean that fosc_min is arround 90kHz and then Fswitch_min = 45kHz ? Thank you again.
