When I click the link on the wiki page, I'm asked to login to T.I, and I'm then sent to the "U.S. Government Export Approval" page, each and every time.
The same thing happens when I try the link for the offline installer as well.
I'm automatically approved each time and sent to the download page, but then I run into my problem described earlier.
I'll keep trying periodically and provide an update tomorrow.
