If you want to see VCA2615 will show up in the parts browser in TINA, you need to copy the .lib and .tld files to your TINA installation directory. For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\DesignSoft\Tina 9 - TI\SPICELIB.
otherwise you can just use the .tsm file. Here's the instruction copied from the TINA help:
Schematic Editor | Insert | Macro...
Macros (subcircuits) can be inserted with this command. First, you select the appropriate macro file (with *.TSM extension), then you insert the macro shape into the circuit.
