Here are the steps we are executing in trying to reproduce this:

1. Select Single or Dual Time Graph
2. Set Acquisition Buffer == Display Data Size = 5000
3. Enter an address with -ve and +ve values
4. Start Graph
5. Graph shows 5000 points with values ranging from -23E7 to 21E8
6. Reset the Graph
7. Graph is now empty with y range 0-100 and x range 0-100
8. Refresh the graph
9. Graph shows 5000 points with values ranging from -23E7 to 21E8 (autoscaled correctly)

If at #2 I set Display Data Size <5000 then at #9 y axis only shows 0-100 ... i.e. not auto scaled correctly (this is not really a valid configuration and we may consider resticting this). Any Display Size > 5000 autoscale correctly.

Do you see problems if you execute these steps? Can you indentify where your steps may be different from above?
