We tried a number of scenarios but could not reproduce the first issue. Can you provide the steps in which you're seeing this?
We reproduced the autoscaling issue but only if 'Display Data Size' is less than 'Acquisition Buffer Size'. Is this your scenario also? If yes, is this how you intend it to be ... keep in mind that Display size determines the buffer size, so if it is less than Acquisition size then part of your data will always be overwritten (we typically test with Display Size equal or greater than Acquisition Size). Unfortunately the Graph rework will not be available in CCS6.0 (I believe Rafael mentioned CCS6+). The same graphs are used in many tools in CCS (e.g. System Analyzer, RTA, Trace Analyzer) and has a long list of requirements. We're in the design phase and can provide more info when the effort is better scoped.
