Tales, Frank,
Going back to Tales post from June 27 (where Tales tried to install just the emulation update by using the "Install New Software" menu item. I have copied this same update to the locations below. The idea is to attempt to see if how the update is hosted affects what you see on your side. Could go to the install new software menu item, and try to install the emulation update using each of the URLs below in sequence. If one of them installs, then you will not be able to use the remaining ones. That's OK though, as we would still be getting some more data on the problem.
When using the "Install New Software" dialog, please uncheck the option for "Contact all update sites during the install to find required software". This is in the lower left of the dialog box.
1. TI hosted, and using third-party distribution/caching. This should be the same behaviour as the current location.
