Forum Post: Migrating from CCS v3.3 to CCS v5.5 tms320c6416: couldn't generate cfg.h file

I am trying to import a project from CCS v3.3 to CCS v5.5. However, cfg.h file couldn't be generated. Does anybody know what could be the problem? Do I need to generate the tcf file first before importing?
