Hi Jian,
in addition to Guatams advice, I would recommend trying the latest version, v6. Or at least v5.5.
I would clean out the logs and installation and try again with one of these versions.
If you still have issues, please send us the installation logs. These are in the installjammer registry directory. It may be hidden and is under program files or program files (x86).
