I am sorry you are facing this issue. I do see some issues with the loop response when i change the inductor for your input conditions. However, it would be best if i can reproduce your exact case. Would it be possible for you to send the design report pdf here (attached is a snapshot highlighting the print button in red) ? You could alternatively also send the switching frequency setting and the inductor you are changing to.
