HI Marc,
In order to use WEBENCH, users are required to have the followings:
1) Complete user profile with company address and work phone fill out. This can be done by login to my.ti.com and clicking on "Update profile" link
2) Complete the WEBENCH Opt-in/Opt-out option. This can be done by login to my.ti.com and clicking on "WEBENCH Design Support and Language Preferences."
Once the user completes these steps, he/she would be able to use WEBENCH and create design. You can click on the link of the page to continue with these steps or you can click on the following link to update your profile mannually before you can use WEBENCH:
1) To update your profile with address and phone number:
