Sorry but I could not find the photodiode and dual emitter non-TI fps. If the reference design was done in Altium there was a chance that the non-TI components might be in our Altium library but this was not the case. If the reference design was generated from Gerbers, then the non-TI parts should be in the reference design folder page on ti.com. We do not generate bxls for non-TI parts.
