Thank you for submitting this test case.  I can reproduce those MISRA diagnostics.  For the 16.7 diagnostic, I filed SDSCM00050003 in the SDOWP system.  For the 9.1 diagnostic, I filed SDSCM00050004.  Feel free to follow these issues with the SDOWP link below in my signature.
