Sometimes it is possible to get a simulation speedup by loosening (i.e. increasing) the error criteria in the Analysis>Set Analysis Parameters window in TINA. In addtion to the error parameters, I've been told adding a small Shunt conductance (say 1nS) can help speed up simulations in some cases, too.
However, in this case, the notes (in blue in the TINA reference design file) indicate that the Analysis Parameters have already been customized for this device by the model developer. I can not recommend modifying the parameters and trusting the results for all cases.
