Have you found out anything about the support for this driver on Linux?
From investigation found that:
a) The pre-compiled MSP430.dll installed with the Windows CCSv6 beta 4 works with an eZ430 emulator.
b) The pre-compiled MSP430.so installed with the Linux CCSv6 beta 4 doesn't work with an eZ430 emulator.
c) Compiling the MSP430.dll in Windows from the http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/MSPDS_Open_Source_Package SLAC460h doesn't work with an eZ430 emulator.
I guess that the pre-compiled MSP430.dll installed by the Windows CCS is built from closed-source software which has more emulators supported than by the contents of SLAC460h, and the Linux MSP430.so. Don't understand why.
