Forum Post: Runtime Error on multiple source codes C6748 LCDK

Hey all,

Having a bit of trouble getting runtime errors on two sets of pre-written code. I'm using the TMS320C6748 LCDK DSK board to do some realtime audio processing for an academic engineering project.

I currently have the McASP starterware project up and running. I'm able to pass audio from the input headphone jack to the output headphone jack successfully. However, when the program is running I receive this runtime error:

Can't find a source file at "/tmp/TI_MKLIBV7jE6e/SRC/boot.c"
Locate the file or edit the source lookup path to include its location.

But the program does run successfully.

I also have code from the guys at RT-DSP.com. They've written a book about doing realtime DSP on the C674x family boards and have explicit support for my board. I have all the code they supply for a working project to do realtime digital effects to analog audio passthrough.

The code compiles and builds and does run on the board (but does not run successfully) but I receive a similar runtime error:

Can't find a source file at "/tmp/TI_MKLIB94vxGT/SRC/boot.c"
Locate the file or edit the source lookup path to include its location.

Slightly different file location (that doesn't exist) but I'm quite confused by this error and would appreciate some real help. I've read through many wikis and forums and already and have yet to come across some truly useful information.

Thanks again!

Jonathan
