The model that you are looking at uses the FREQ table which is supported by TINA but only for AC simulations. A transient simulation will run but the results might not have any value to you since I think it ignores the table statement altogether. Other simulators e.g PSPICE will perform the time domain convolution and produce time domain information but this depends on the simulator. Like mentioned in the previous post this model contains only s parameters you might want to check in their website to see if they have a more "traditional" (i.e. inductor, resistor capacitors) model.
