The RTS source for the MSP GCC compiler is not currently shipped with CCS.  This may change in the future.  The MSP GCC compiler is available as a stand alone download from TI at the following location:

http://www.ti.com/tool/msp430-gcc-opensource

One of the downloads available is a source distribution which includes the RTS source.
