Hi, 

The problem is solved! 

1) turn off anti virus software

2) turn off firewall 

3) Open Intel Graphic and Media Control Panel->Power->Maximum Performance 

4)Open Intel Graphic and Media Control Panel->3D->3D preference->the 2nd choice

5) install ccs_setup_6.0.0.00156.exe
