Hi Johannes,

my emulator version is 5.1.402.0,

EVM version: TMDSEVM6678LE with XDS560v2 Emulator,

boot configuration: Power-On Self Test boot. 

And when I try to 'Connect Target' I get this message: 

"Cannot read System Setup data from XML file C:\ti\Novo.out
Error parsing file:
Fatal Error at (1, 1): An exception occurred! Type:UTFDataFormatException, Message:invalid byte 1 ( ) of a 1-byte sequence"
