Please tell me about a simulation result ofTPS53353using SwitcherPro.
The attached file is a simulation result of customer.
Could you tell me the how to decide of θja used by SwicherPro?
The θja iscalculatedwith 14.62℃/W whenIreadthefollowingpastcontribution.
63℃ = 2.6 * Θja + 25
Θja≒14.62
However,θja used in a TPS53353 data sheet is 27.2 ℃/W.

This is how SwitcherProcalculates the temperature of the IC.
Temp. (C) = TotalLoss * Θja + 25
where:
TotalLoss = Loss(high FET + low FET + controller)
Θja is Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance
TotalLoss = Loss(high FET + low FET + controller)
Θja is Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance
