Hi Matthew,
It looks like you made several attempts to install CCS. Your first attempt failed because your anti-virus/real time file scanning corrupted the jar files that eclipse is trying to unpack. The attempts following that were trying to install over top of a corrupted installation, and failed.
Please:
- Turn off your anti-virus and real time scanning
- Delete everything in the c:\ti\ccsv5 folder
- Run the ccs installer as admin and compatibility mode if installing on Windows 8.
