Dheeraj,

I did not mention an "Other Operating Point", however, in your original post you mentioned an error of "operating point not found". This would refer to the DC operating point for the circuit. Before a transeint simulation is performed, a DC operating point is used to initialize the matrix for a solution before the first time step. This may or may not be required for the simulation to converge. If Initial conditions are supplied, using the initial conditions may give a better result than the DC operating point. Either way, this will only effect the starting point of the matrix. Once the simulation starts, these values are replaced by the next calculated values. In TINA-TI, you may use initial conditions or zero initial conditions if the DC operating point is not found.
