To control the XDS100v2 data transfer rate in GUI composer 5.5 runtime you must manually transfer the value saved inside CCS5 (target_config_ccxml) found in Debug folder to the GUI composer file & path shown below.
These added JTAG settings unfortunately get removed every time GUI composer 5.5 starts up it is overwriting the appConfig.ccxml with a vanilla XDS100v2 configuration. That vanilla JTAG configuration makes it impossible to slow down the JTAG data transfer rate in order to trouble shoot the critical memory error described above post.
