Based on the information provided in the various threads on this issue (especially the fact that it broke between CCS5.4 and CCS5.5), we have identified a potential cause of the problem.
But since I can't actually reproduce the problem internally, I am hoping you will be able to test the fix, and let me know if it works in your case.
Attached is an updated FlashStellaris.dll. Please copy and replace the file in \ccsv5\ccs_base\DebugServer\bin\ in your CCS5.5 folder (backup the original first). After that, run your test case again.
Please let me know if this works, and if not, if you can generate the DS logs again, this would be helpful.
