Hello,

CCSv5 will only work with Eclipse 3.x (3.7 & 3.8). CCSv6 will be based off Eclipse 4.x.

There is a beta version of CCSv6 available. But I don't think it currently supports installing CCS components to  an existing Eclipse install.
