Hi,
I have posted similar response on the other threads. In order to use WEBENCH, the user is required to have the followings:
1) Complete the email validation process by checking their mailbox and validate the email after the registration process from my.ti.com
2) Complete user profile with company address and work phone fill out. This can be done by login to my.ti.com and clicking on "Update profile" link
3) Complete the WEBENCH Opt-in/Opt-out option. This can be done by login to my.ti.com and clicking on "WEBENCH Design Support and Language Preferences."
Once the user completes these steps, he/she would be able to use WEBENCH and create design.
