I read through the information in the links you provided. I've confirmed I have the proper driver. Also, I don't think I need to reduce Jtag clock since this design has worked for several months with our generation 1 boards.
I now have 2 out of 4 generation 2 boards with the PRSC -6305 error. They do not connect at all.
From what I read the PRSC is a dll used by the Code Composer emulation software and it tries to communicate with the C6748 processor emulation circuitry. So my assumption is the C6748 is not properly soldered to the board or I have some sort of short on the boards. This is assuming the information in the C6748 that the dll is trying to read is correct.
Does my assumption seem correct or do you have any more information?
