This is a compiler warning that does not influence the runtime behaviour, therefore what you are experiencing is expected - i.e., the code runs fine.

The warning is telling you that the file FEE_Funcs.c is redefining a typedef already defined somewhere else on the code - something similar to what is described at the forum thread and the wiki page below:
