Forum Post: RE: Odd linker error

I understand include guards and the One Definition Rule.  What's odd about this is that it's a function from TI's library, and the fact that the link doesn't tell me where the first definition comes from ("<whole-program>")

I've also noticed the problem can go away if I turn off optimization, then turn it back on.  "Rebuild," however, does not fix the issue.
