Here is an application note on how to import a circuit library (model) file into TINA.

In this case we will be building a custom model and then importing it into TINA. From the specs you gave above i.e. Gain, THD, BW and Dynamic Range we can incorporate all of them relatively easy except for THD. I understand that since you are sending an audio signal THD is something you might be really interested in but it's something that will require extensive modeling time.
