Henrique,

The CCS versions 4.2.x had some known issues of this kind. Please see this thread for a similar issue.

The workaround suggested at those times was to rename the ctools.dll file, the details of which you can find as you read through the thread. However, that is not the best wrokaround as it results in some loss of debug functionality.

A better solution would be to update to the latest version of CCS v5.5. You can download and install it from http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS. You can also review the links here for licensing/updating from v4 to v5. Feel free to install CCS 5.5 in a different directory than CCS 4.2.4 and that way you can keep both versions side by side. I expect that you should not have the connection problems with CCS 5.5, so please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
