I'm sorry you had an issue with Eagle schematic exporting when the library function was selected. We will look into this issue and hope to resolve it as soon as possible.
In the mean time, I have converted your schematic file which includes the library. For instructions of importing the library into the CAD tool, please review the readme file included in the attached file.
