Forum Post: JTAG Debug --terminate without run, will the program run after terminate?

Problem description: CPU is AM3352. In CCS Debug with JTAG, after debug project (if run this project, will change FLASH), then terminate without run, FLASH will still be changed.

Question 1: After debug project, whether or not the program has been build and be loaded in CPU’s RAM?

Question 2: After debug, then terminate without run, whether or not CPU will terminate from JTAG mode and will run RAM’s program?

Question 3: If the cause is “After debug project, the project has been build and be loaded in CPU’s RAM. After debug, then terminate, CPU will terminate from JTAG mode and will run RAM’s program”, how can I avoid to run RAM’s program?

Question 4: If the cause is not above-guess, what’s the cause?
