When you imported the project did you check the box to copy the project into the workspace? If so that is likely the problem. The way this project is setup that won't work.
I just tried importing it without checking that box and I can build it fine. I get a error in the post build step as it is setup to call a windows executable.
I tried importing another project and checked the box to copy the files and I get the same errors you saw.
